ERP software development services

Custom ERP software development services, built around how your business runs

Off-the-shelf ERP asks you to change your processes to fit the software. A fully bespoke build asks you to pay for accounting and payroll from scratch. Our custom ERP development starts from working ERP modules and builds only the parts that make your operation different.

Who this is for

  • Businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools
  • Teams whose core process does not fit a standard ERP without heavy workarounds
  • Companies re-keying the same data between finance, inventory and sales
  • Groups that need several business units on one system with their own rules

How a custom ERP project runs

Every implementation follows the same four stages, whatever the mix of standard and custom modules.

  • Discovery and analysis: an audit of current systems and workflows to find the pain points and integration needs
  • Custom implementation: modules configured to your structure, with the custom parts built alongside
  • Data migration and integration: historical data cleaned and imported, and the tools you keep connected
  • Training and onboarding: department-by-department training and phased rollout

Standard where it can be, custom where it matters

Most of an ERP — ledgers, payroll, stock — should behave like everyone else's. The value is in the parts that are specific to your operation. Building only those keeps the project smaller, cheaper to run and easier to support.

What is not included

Worth being direct about the boundaries before you spend time on a call.

  • Hardware supply or on-site installation
  • On-site staff; delivery is remote from our Lahore headquarters
  • Tax, regulatory or compliance advice; we build to the requirements your advisors set
  • Named integrations with a specific third-party platform before a compatibility assessment

How engagements usually start

We recommend a paid discovery sprint to agree scope and a fixed estimate, then a fixed-scope build, then a support retainer once the system is live.

Questions we get asked

Do you build the ERP from scratch?

No. We start from our existing ERP modules for finance, HR, inventory, POS, supply chain and real estate, and build custom modules only where your process needs them.

Who owns the code?

You own the source code of custom software we build for you. Our standard ERP modules are licensed on subscription and remain our intellectual property.

Can you migrate our existing data?

Yes. Cleaning and importing historical data, and connecting the tools you keep, is a standard stage of every implementation.

How do we get a fixed price?

Through a paid discovery sprint. It produces a prioritised scope and a fixed-scope build estimate before you commit to the build.
