SA Systems Solutions

For developers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the GCC

Real estate developer sales software for off-plan projects

Off-plan sales run on three moving parts: which units are still available, what each buyer owes on their payment plan, and what each broker is owed. When those live in separate spreadsheets, sales, finance and brokers stop agreeing. Our real estate ERP keeps all three in one system.

Who this is for

  • Developers selling off-plan units on instalment-based payment plans
  • Sales teams who need live unit availability across projects, buildings and phases
  • Finance teams chasing overdue instalments from a spreadsheet
  • Developers paying broker and agency commissions by hand
  • Groups running several projects that each keep their own records

Built around the off-plan sales cycle

The system follows a unit from first enquiry to handover, so every team works from the same record at each step.

  • Reservation and booking against a specific unit, with its status updated for everyone at once
  • A payment plan attached to the buyer, with each instalment's due date and amount
  • Receipts issued and matched to instalments, with branded receipts generated automatically
  • Overdue instalments surfaced for follow-up instead of found at month end
  • Commission recorded against the broker who made the sale
  • Transfers, cancellations and possession handled as recorded transactions, so the unit's history stays complete

How we work with GCC developers

We are headquartered in Lahore and deliver remotely. There is no SA Systems office in the Gulf, and we would rather say so up front.

  • Dubai is one hour behind Lahore and Riyadh two hours behind, so our working day overlaps most of yours
  • Implementation is configured to your projects, payment plan structures and approval flow
  • Historical unit and payment data can be migrated so you start with complete buyer ledgers

What is not included

Worth being direct about the boundaries before you spend time on a call.

  • An Arabic-language interface. The system and its documentation are in English today.
  • Standard integrations with DLD, Oqood, RERA escrow or other government systems. Any such integration is scoped only after a compatibility assessment.
  • Regulatory or compliance advice. We build to requirements your legal and finance advisors set.
  • Property portal lead generation or a marketing CRM for listings.
  • On-site staff in the GCC.
